Schedule of events

• Wednesday 8 & Friday 10 June: the conference will meet at the Canadian Embassy in Paris (130 rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré 75008 Paris). Please make sure that you have ID with you as security checks will be carried out. Doors will open on Friday 10 June as early as 8.30 am.

• Thursday 9 June 9: the conference will meet at the Observatoire de l'Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, 11 boulevard d'Alembert 78280 Guyancourt. Doors will open at 8.30 am.

• Saturday 11 June: A guided tour of the Gardens of the Château de Versailles has been organized from 10h to 12h, with lunch taken in the Gardens as well. If you wish to participate in the tour, please make sure you register and pay for the tour and lunch together. Participants' spouses/friends are welcome to the tour (limited to one person and registration is compulsory).

Conference fees

Conference fees: 80 euros (including all coffee breaks, the Wednesday evening cocktail and lunches on Thursday and Friday). Online participants are not requested to pay conference fees, but must be registered for the conference.

Tour at the Château de Versailles: 67 euros (includes the guided tour and on-site lunch). This price does not include drinks nor transportation between Paris and Versailles.
